2. Registration mechanism:
- To become a member of the loyalty program, simply register on the Diyar Al Asal Wal Tamar website.
- A valid email address and a Saudi mobile number must be entered.
- Membership is available to citizens, residents, and visitors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Checking the balance:
You can easily track your points balance at any time through the "control panel" in your personal account at Diyar Al Asal Wal Tamar store.
4. Use and redeem points:
- The exchange option starts when a minimum of 5000 points is reached .
- You can convert points into "discount codes" to use on your next purchases.
- Equation: Every 5,000 points = 50 riyals | Every 10,000 points = 100 riyals.
- The points are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred to another customer's account.
- The system is intended for retail customers only and does not include "wholesale" customers.
5. How to earn points:
- You earn ten points (10 points) for every one Saudi Riyal you spend on eligible purchases.
- You can earn extra points when you complete your profile data.
- Points can be earned on products included in promotional offers, except where expressly excluded.
- The points will be added to your account 7 days after the order completion date (to ensure that the order has been received and not returned).
6. Validity and cancellation of points:
- Points expire and are automatically deleted 6 months after the date they were earned if they are not used.
- In the event of cancellation of the purchase or return of products, the points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted.
- Diyar Al Asal Wal Tamar Store has the right to cancel any points resulting from a technical error or suspicious activity at the discretion of the management.
